What we collect
- Email address (for authentication and billing receipts).
- Payment metadata via Stripe (we never see your card details).
- The text you submit and the text we generate for you. We store these so we can operate, debug, and improve the Service — including training and improving our models (see “How we use your content” below).
- Per-request metadata used to keep the Service secure: timestamp, input length, latency, status, a coarse device/network fingerprint, and basic interaction signals. We use these to detect and prevent abuse such as automated scraping.
How we use your content
We may use the text you submit and the outputs we generate to operate and improve the Service, including to train, fine-tune, and evaluate our models. Stored content is access-controlled and used only by us for these purposes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your content with third parties except the processors required to operate the Service (Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and the AI providers used to generate and check text, currently Modal, Anthropic, and Pangram).
Retention & your choices
Usage metadata is retained for 12 months for billing and abuse investigation. Submitted and generated content may be retained to improve the Service. You may request deletion of your account and the content associated with it at any time by contacting us; we will remove it from active systems.
